We feel that in this competitive and ever changing market, Quality and Service MUST stand out. This is why we implemented a very strict quality system. The very latest digital technology monitors production, laboratory testing measures and ensures chemical compliance, and a dedicated team of professionals ensures our high quality standards are consistently being met. In June of 1998, we became the FIRST North American Continuous Cast Manufacturer to be certified to ISO9002.94. standards. Today we are certified to ISO9001: 2008 standards and cast to ASTM B505 standards.

Our facility is equipped with both Gas furnaces and Computerized Electric furnaces, Dust Collection Baghouse, In-House Die Shop, In-House Testing Laboratory, utilizing a Spectrographic Emission Tester.

Our in-house die shop ensures quality, precision, and efficiency. Made to order dies and molds are subject to and must meet our high quality control standards and allow for the quick production of a wide variety of shapes and sizes.

The end result is to supply our customers with best possible quality product on the market, with virtually no porosity. Our customers can feel confident that we stand behind our product 100%!
